&lt;li&gt;A sample web-based SilverMap data provider that accesses precompiled BLAST results, including a utility program to set up and populate the database by executing local BLAST;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proof-of-concept SilverMap web and Windows clients that browse the collection served by the SilverMap data provider;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The SilverMap Blast Explorer demonstrated at Microsoft eScience 2009.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

The code is currently undergoing some reorganisation to present a more consistent name space and fewer dlls, and to fix a couple of minor bugs. The first alpha release will appear by the end of October 2009. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our paper from the MS eScience Workshop at CMU is provided as a dummy release at present.  There is also a one-line source code file called dummy.cs to satisfy the requirements of the page publication.
